📦 Return Eligibility

We accept eligible return requests within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. To qualify, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • In its original, unaltered condition
  • Unused and not installed
  • Includes all original accessories, parts, and documentation
  • Returned in original packaging whenever possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Actual processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

🚚 Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified defect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which may include:

  • Packaging and crating materials
  • Freight or LTL shipping charges
  • Shipping insurance for high-value refrigeration units
🚫 Important: Refrigerated commercial equipment is heavy freight. Freight return arrangements must be coordinated with our team before any shipment is sent back. Do not use a courier service without prior authorization.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the product and all packaging
  • Your order number and delivery date
  • A written description of the issue

Depending on the nature of the issue, our team will work toward one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement parts shipped at no cost
  • Product exchange
  • Repair assistance coordination
  • Partial or full refund (based on inspection)
Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Custom-configured or special-order refrigeration units
  • Equipment that has been installed, modified, or altered after delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect
  • Products returned without prior written authorization
  • Items with missing components, accessories, or documentation
  • Clearance or final-sale items (where designated)
🔒 Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted before an order enters fulfillment or ships. Once any of the following has occurred, cancellation may no longer be possible:

  • The order has entered our fulfillment process
  • The item has been shipped or is in transit
  • Custom production has begun on your order

Approved cancellations may be subject to administrative or processing fees where applicable.

⚖️ Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues are resolved quickly through our support team. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated and may result in suspension of future purchases.
